I'm Rebecca, an experienced psychotherapist, supervisor and coach, and I weave together different psychological approaches to support you wherever you are in your own, unique process of change. My work is trauma informed, and grounded in over 15 years of working in diverse settings, including the NHS, private practice and the world of business (UKCP & HCPC registered). I offer a warm, compassionate and down to earth therapeutic relationship where we can be curious and explore challenges within a holding, confidential and safe space.

EMBODIED SYSTEMIC COACHING
Psychological coaching with a focus on somatic experience and systems thinking. Informed by Internal Family Systems, Constellations and Social Presencing. Individuals and within business. Online and in person.
GROUPS AND RETREATS
Creative retreats working with myth, art and nature. Experienced facilitator in the corporate world offering leadership development, storytelling and resilience programmes.
